FILM
African culture

A new Senegalese series which tells all of its episodes (Senegal) the story of a small village that lives according to purely African tradition. Values, good education and good morals. Nevertheless, modernism which is moving in the right direction is welcomed with open arms. A modernism which tends towards development, intelligence, discoveries, technology and ... decency. The Senegalese actors who play in this series have an average age of 15 years. This choice was made to better capture an early target, ignored in the Senegalese series which often incite violence (murder) and perversity.

The Senegalese series Yama is a high quality production (Episodes shot in Senegal), deeply rooted in the traditions of African culture while being very current, even claiming a certain modernism. The images, shot in the very heart of Senegal, reveal sumptuous landscapes. The actors were chosen for their talent. The scenario is rich in twists and turns very close to the demands of the young Senegalese.
